What does your Thanksgiving tradition consist of?

I have a pretty good sized family (on my dad's side). My dad has a brother and three sisters, and each one of them has three kids. So there's them, plus my grandparents, and my family, and my cousin's wife and baby... All in all there are 25 of us in a house during the holidays. It's kind of a pot-luck type of thing where everybody brings a dish or two, and we sit anywhere we can find room, whether it be outside, on the floor, at the table, or sitting on the couch. Those sitting on the couch are typically watching football *GO COWBOYS*.

Ours definitely doesn't fit with the Thanksgiving meals depicted on television on sitcoms or commercials...

Ha my thanksgivings kind of boring yours sounds alot more fun... all I did was stayed home and my four sisters came over and their husbands and we all ate with my parents and that was pretty much it... played a couple of board games and some cards and called it a night... not that much fun... happy late thanksgiving! =]

I wish that I have the perfect Thanksgiving but what I picture it is as

Fixing a turkey,dressing,yams,vegetables,cranberries,hotrolls,mashed potatoes and a pie.

Eating the meal at a nice dinner table that is set properly.

Talking with your family playing games or football outside is my idea.

my family gets together around 1, we watch football till 330 then eat. we usually have two turkeys, mashed potatos, carrot stuff, jelly, jello salad, after we eat we watch more football and talk more then everyone goes home

my family is screwed up. we have people not talking to other people and grandma going meh and yeah. i just have it with my family at my house. GO BEARS...even though they are sucking
