we have turkey at thanksgiving Turkey AND roast beef at xmas and ham on easter. I have no idea why my family does that but its the way its always been lol

Definitely turkey for both. I also like leftover turkey better than leftover ham. Now I'm hungry for turkey sandwiches!

I like both so I'm not picky. But I can fix ham anytime of the year so turkey just seems more "special occasion".

yep, I agree with turkey for Thanksgiving and ham for Christmas and to go one step further, pork roast for new years day.

nicely my husband, my 2 youthful little ones, and that i are doing this for Christmas dinner this year, and that i love it. We sat down and desirous to have an rather cool little ceremonial dinner and idea about what out sought after dishes were. for this reason, we are having shrimp cocktail and salad as an apptizer; meatloaf, greenbean casserole, and crammed mushrooms for the important direction; and yuletide cookies and pie for dessert! it is going to probable be outstanding, and we are going to have a a lot of leftovers to munch on for the subsequent coupe days. the holidays are about love, and happiness and thrilling. So make a dinner you'll love, regardless if it sticks to custom or veers from it :)

I'm Italian from a large family and we've always had both, and something that showed up at every family dinner we had was spaghetti. Even on Christmas.
