Place it upside down so the juices go into the breast

The awesome flavor of lemon grass

Is so aromatic and very flavorful

I take whole garlic and place it under the skin of the turkey

Sea salt is so good right b4 you take it out

And a pepper mill to me is the excellent way to

release the true flavor of black pepper.

Lemon grass is found in the frozen section

at the Asian markets.

There are so many flavors to use on a turkey

to make it so tasty

And taste also comes from the way it is cooked

I like to deep fry my turkey in peanut oil. You can do a dry rub first or buy a injector to inject your favorite sauces into the meat of the turkey before you fry it, the turkey will take about 3-5 min per pound to fry and be nice and crunchy out side but moist and tender inside, and with the Turkey fryer set up out side most of the mess will be out side and easy clean up.

i cook a butterball, never fails. i buy a browning bag ,put 2 tabs. flour shake it around, insert turkey after i have buttered it all over & seasoned it. put in bag & use twist tye that comes with it. pre heat oven to 500 degrees. cook 1 hr. leave oven shut ! cut off oven ! take out the next morning , falling apart every time , not literally but very moist & tender . i could not ask for a better way to bake a turkey!!

Deep fried in one of those outdoor cookers, you can inject them with spices also, it's the best turkey I have ever had. Makes the skin really crunchy and cooks in less that half the time of a oven.

It's completely unhealthy but deep frying turkey is a family tradition. You (obviously) need a deep fry, a large outdoor space, canola oil, seasoning, and a turkey.

It turns out really well.

Mix one pouch of onion soup with water (as per instructions) and add a can of undiluted orange juice. Baste turkey every half hour or so. Delicious. It does not have a strong orange taste. Just right. Makes a great sauce.

nicely now it truly is that turkey cooking contained in the oven, yet I confident do miss the scent of timber burning in a timber range as I had one in my previous abode. That scent of o.ok.drifting by ability of the redwoods replaced into unreal.
