How to say Happy Turkey Day in Russian?

I would like to learn how to both write and say Happy Turkey Day in Russian. I realize that Thanksgiving is not really a Russian holiday, but at the same time there are many Russians residing in the US who have American families and I am sure some of them celebrate our Turkey Day. So I would appreciate any guidance on how to say Happy Turkey Day in Russian to my friends and family. Please write it for me in Russian so that I can copy and send it as a text message and also write the pronunciation as I would like to be able to say it tomorrow. While I can read Cyrillic, I do not think I am proficient enough yet, so any help is highly appreciated. And Happy Turkey Day to everybody!

While Thanksgiving is not a Russian holiday and is not celebrated in Russia itself, many Russians residing in the United States have adopted the wonderful family tradition and get together for the Turkey Day. Jokingly we might say to each other something like “Happy Turkey Day”, in Russian “С ДНЁМ ИНДЕЙКИ” pronounced as “S DNYOM EEN-DYEY-KEE”. Индейка / een-dyey-kah means “turkey” in Russian and is also a great word to learn for Thanksgiving.
